It is possible to be "anti-current-government-of-a-country-which-happens-not-to-like-America" without being "pro-American." That's like saying the American's who don't like the current government are very pro-Iranian.
As far as the communism thing goes, it's a slippery slope fropm socialism to communism (on an economic level), but there are plently of countries out there whos socialist economic policies could certainly be considered more "Communist" than "Capitalist" that have done just fine on a Macroeconomic level.

Not that I blame them. Unlike most countries in the Middle-East, they actually do have legit beef with us for our unwavering support of such a horrible leader in the 50s, 60s, and 70s.
