The table thing... with the sigs... it's screwed up now. There is something bad in the code. Please stop doing it for now, I'll figure it out in a bit.
I don't know what's causing it, but parts of the post that are visible in the source code aren't rendering on the page (edited by messages, etc).
In fact, everything after the </table> appears to be dropping off...
I know what the problem was... I was using a height = 100% tag in the table... so that it was taking up 100% of the post area. By the time it got down to trying to put the edited by messages, there was no post area left.
Hm... I'm trying it without the 100% height tag now.
I love it when a plan comes together
The problem is that doing it this way makes the picture not fill the entire post if the area to the left is longer than the post is... Maybe I should set the height value to a pixel number, which would be increased if the table where longer?

Although, this fixes my problem of not being able to see the edits. It just means that any text added after the /table tag won't appear on the board normally.

Ok, that was definitely the problem. If you set your height to 231 instead of 100%, it should fix the issue completely.
Ok, well, the short version is that I figured out what was happening, and why it was happening.
I updated the FAQ section on how to add a background to your post so that it can be copied and pasted now, rather than having to remove the spaces in the tags from my post.
Apparently it was an IE thing, because Netscape 6.2 displayed the table properly.
So, if you want to put a background in your post, look in the FAQ.
