MIAMI BEACH -- Detroit Pistons center Dale Davis was charged with assault and disorderly conduct in an altercation with police that saw him shocked with a stun gun, but the player's agent said he plans to sue over police treatment.
Davis was arrested Tuesday at a Miami Beach hotel and was accused of threatening security guards and police and leveling profanities at them, a police report said.
Weeeeell, if the article is accurate, then it sounds like police did everything they could NOT to use the taser. What it doesn't say is what Davis did to draw attention to the police in the first place outside of what the charges are, which is pretty vague-looking without proper detail.
"I don't know if it's Biscayne Boulevard or where it is, but there is an image in my mind about the symbolic championship parade."
Don't let Huggins go. That would take away the easiest first round upset pick in the NCAA tourney. Always a source of pride though that his blood alcohol rate was higher than his graduation rate.
