Found this column written on March 4, 2002, from reading the Sports Guy's Mailbag (and for some reason the link Simmons provided mysteriously disappeared). A very interesting read considering the events of the past couple months.

Apparently they do. I think this could work. If the championship team has too many foreign players, then go down to the next team. Have that team be the groundwork, but feel free to add other players to the team (if they would help the team as a whole).
