Tonight the Calgary Flames moved to within ONE WIN of the Stanley Cup Finals (their first appearance in the big dance since 1989, when they won). I can't wait until Wednesday night...the city will be a bloody ZOO.

They have a promotion if Calgary shuts out the opposition, then beer is 50 cents for an hour after the game. With about two minutes left in the game, the entire place was chanting "50 CENTS". So much fun.

But since the road team always wins, don't you REALLY have to wait until Friday?

I look for Tampa to jump on the Flyboyz early tonight - I wouldn't mind some OT as well

heh...way to jinx it, jerk...that was almost as bad as Glenn Healy calling him Esche-manek during the intermission. I can't believe the Flyers pulled on out with Esche letting in so many bad goals. Hopefully they'll take a look at tonight's game and realize that when they're motivated (like in OT tonight) Tampa just can't hang with them and come out energized on Saturday.
