I don't watch late night TV anymore. When my alarm rings at 4:00am, I'm usually in bed by 10pm. That changed when I heard that Conan was hosting a handful of WWE superstars for CONANDO.
For those who don't know, Conando is a character he portrays on his show - it's a parody of those Spanish telenovellas and soap operas.
Now, in this episode, our hero's girlfriend is being threatened by Conando, so he calls in his backup...WWE's Legacy. Of course, Conando has his backup - the Great Khali and The Big Show. A fight ensues, and well...the Youtube video shows it all.
Khali was as wooden as he always is, the Big Show is as funny as he usually is when he's a face or doing PR work, and the Legacy...they know how to take a bump.
Check it out, it's kinda cool.
"I have a feeling that waiting isn't as pointless as it seems. If someone is waiting, that place becomes a place to return to."
Ladies and gentlemen, the following public service message is brought to you by your friends from D-Generation X, who would like to remind each and every one of you that if you're not down with that, we've got two words for you... It's been pulled from Youtube, so here's a Hulu link for it:
smark/net attack Advisory System Status is: Elevated (Holds; June 18, 2006) While the switch from Cena to RVD should alleviate some complaints, the inevitability of the belt's return to Cena (note where Summerslam is this year) and the poor initial showing by the new ECW are enough to keep the indicator where it is for now. The pieces are in place, though, especially on RAW, for improvements to be made to the IWC's psyche in the near future.
