I apologize for grand-standing with this fanboy post, but if ANYONE can stop the Oakland A's streak, it might be the Central leading Twins.

The Angels are trying so hard not to choke, having given that disease to the Mariners. Anaheim is still only three games out of first, and we have the hard luck Orioles this weekend.

Go ANGELS!

They did a good job stopping the streak in the 3 game sweep last weekend.

Thank you Mr. Wanz for the check, now you get an AWA World Title Reign. But be careful, my boy Greg is a heat machine.

The Twins came through for me. Now if the Angels can find a way to handle Oakland...who knows?

Angels catch the break that they miss Zito in the series.

Spahn was one of the greatest Wisconsin sports figures of all time. He will be missed. Glad to see people still remember him and the 1957 world champion Milwaukee Braves. RIP, Warren. Say hi to Harvey Kuehn when you get there.
