I was just wondering if anyone here collects. I have a 3-year old and thought it would be a fun little hobby to start for him.

I'm not looking at spending a lot here, I just want the basics. (which brand is best for a newb)

Thanks in advance,

Well the market certainly isn't that good. Topps basic is usually a good start.

I have a box of unopened Upper Deck 91 cards in my desk if you want to make me an offer on them. (Some token amount plus shipping would do it.)

Actually, I really enjoy CFL cards from the fifties to the seventies. They're just so...weird.

I know it's nitpicky and the thread title is a good joke, but I'm pretty sure Kitna played (and started) for a nine win team, back in 1999 when the Seahawks won the AFC West. Okay, so Glenn Foley started one game that year... details, details.
