Then the Gators settle for Ron Zook when they possibly could've had John Gruden if they had waited.
Then the Bucs fire Tony Dungy to get Bill Parcells, and Parcells then decides to not go there.
And then there's Steve Spurrier who took the Redskins job when he probably could've had a much better Bucs job if he had waited a couple of weeks.
Sounds like some pretty bad coaching decisions recently.
