Then the Gators settle for Ron Zook when they possibly could've had John Gruden if they had waited.
Then the Bucs fire Tony Dungy to get Bill Parcells, and Parcells then decides to not go there.
And then there's Steve Spurrier who took the Redskins job when he probably could've had a much better Bucs job if he had waited a couple of weeks.
Sounds like some pretty bad coaching decisions recently. Lance's Response: THAT IS AWESOME! Promote this thread!

How about the Vikings hiring Mike Tice? Who? Is Randy Moss going to play for him? -The Big Kat "It's not that I'm lazy, it's that I just don't care." -Peter Gibbons, Office Space

They hired Tice because Mcommbs is going to sell the team in the next 2 years and didnt want to pay a huge amount to a coach. Minnesota is so hot
According to what I found he didn't finish at Louisville: "Miami (two seasons, one redshirt before transferring), West Los Angeles Community College (one season), Louisville (three games, ending after an arrest for marijuana possession)
