House show, on the aussie tour in adelaide, CM Punk gets into it with a fan, great interaction, aside from one point where im sure GLAAD will get involved.
He also said some things there which were anti-Australian. "Why don't you go on walkabout, you JACKASS!?!" And yet, that will be taken in the spirit it was intended (he's a bad guy being a bad guy). Amazing, especially considering it was just a few years ago Triple H was calling Spirit Squad "fairies" and no one cared.
Urgh! This is completely disgraceful and I'm struggling to suppress the rage I'm feeling right now. It's such a sorry state of affairs that this happened in my own country.
So let me clarify:- You go walkabout. You don't go "on walkabout". This would be like a woman saying she is 'on period'.
Also, someone in Adelaide has a phone capable of recording video. Who woulda thunk it. Place is like stuck in a 1971 timewarp.
Why hasn't Ric Flair gotten in trouble for calling people fat? There's more fat people in the world than gay people, yet you never hear someone having to apologize for calling someone else fat.

I agree. But he did apologize.
I'm pretty sure he was making a Crocodile Dundee reference with the "walkabout" comment. (And they got it right in the movie, so).

We recognize our fatness, plus, we can become not fat, if we choose.

I appreciate the imagery provided by a "ministerial show."
Punk apologized for any slight, but I consider that insult innocuous. He used the weakest word for that kind of accusation. Maybe it's the circles I travel in, but I haven't heard anyone over the age of 10 use that word in ages.

I've been saying this for a while: Goldberg vs Lesnar could have WrestleMania main event potential. I'm not saying they're building to that right now, but they certainly could. Some other cross-brand feuds I'd like to see:
