What the hell was Raven talking about when he said in his interview on Heat, "I'm going to invite D-Lo to the Clockwork Orange ride on Raven's House of Fun."

"I just got pinned by a friggin twelve-year-old."

Clockwork Orange was a violent movie, so Raven was promising violence upon D-Lo's carcass.

BTW, the Clockwork Orange movie was terrible.

That's crazy talk. It was a fine movie, just not as good as the book, but what movie is?

You didn't miss much, unfortunately. The main event was a Bradshaw vs. Stasiak match. Wa . . .hoo?

The good thing is they have a great D'Lo/Raven program going on - but that was over in the first ten minutes of the show.
I wish they'd try harder with the main events on Heat.

I'm really enjoying that little Sunday Night Heat feud that they've got going with Raven and D'Lo. It's a little oldschool. It would be quite fun if Heat got a roster of 15-20 guys that were exclusive to Heat. It would work if they cut out all the 'what happened last Monday' stuff. It would give it that old WCW Saturday Night feel that I miss so much. It would bring back some of the small things that I really miss in wrestling. Like hearing Jonathan Coachman talking about how Justin Credible REALLY needs a win in this match to get things turned around. Throw in your Crash Holly's and Alberts and I think you'd have an enoyable little show.

First of all, let me get this across and say that I've studied cinema also. I've written thesis and studied the films of Mamoulian, Wyler, Leisen, Welles, Hitchcock, Nicholas Ray, Bergman, Truffaut, de Sica and many others. I found a lot of them to be boring and some riveting. Citizen Kane is supposed to be the greatest film ever made and I agree for being so groundbreaking cinetagrophically speaking but it was boring as hell. So you can be as intelligent as a Doctor and still have a negative opinion. I didn't think Clockwork Organge was so great. I think it was the worst of Kubrick's films. Does that make me have a low IQ?

No. But thinking Kane is boring proves you obviously didn't learn much in film class. Now, Italian Neo-Realism, "that's boring." And how about "Last Year in Marienbad?"

You're all so WONDERFUL. Why did they ever have to remove you from the continuity? You'd have made for MARVELOUS stories. You WILL make marvelous stories. And the FIRST story of the new world will be a story of REVENGE! -- The Psycho Pirate, Animal Man 23, May 1990.

Oh boy, a film argument! I'm a film/English major, so I LOVE this things, but let's take it over to the 'random' forum, eh?

BTW, saying that any person that doesn't like so-and-so film has a small IQ undermines your argument.

I'm sure CRZ would probably be happy to see this just merge into the thread for the BFI list.

If CRZ were here, he'd have probably already made a comment like "Don't feed the trolls."
