Lang Whitaker from SLAM says: The Clippers are in danger of being evicted from the Staples Center next season, because the Stapler apparently makes more money from five concerts than from 40 Clippers games. The Clips apparently charge much less for tickets than the Lakers.
That would probably be the best thing that could happen to the Clippers. Actually, second best, as Sterling selling the team and Elgin Baylor deciding to accept the offer to become full time Emperor of Secaucus would probably be better than leaving L.A. Get out of L.A. and move to the Pond in Anaheim, where at the very least you aren't the second team in your own building.

Given how his play has deteriorated over the second half of the year and (hopefully) hit rock bottom in the playoffs, I'm thinking the timing of this announcement is pretty poor. Maybe he was high when he said it.
