I cleaned it up pretty good, but there is still a lingering smell that I would like to get rid of. Is there anything anyone can recommend aside from just taking it to a detailing place and getting it professionally cleaned?

In theory - some (white) vinegar in an atomizer sprayed on the offending area is supposed to help. | JayJayDean

This or another enzymatic cleaner should help break it down and doesn't smell like vinegar. | Downtown Bookie
