No news on if Daniels requested this or not.
He immediately showed up in Ring of Honor, so he's landed quite adroitly on his feet.
Boooo, TNA, booooo.

He played Curry Man then Suicide then was ''reinstated'' had a great Match with Angle before Lockdown and soon after got lost in the shuffle and then got a couple of World Title shot out of no where and was booked like he was Barry Horowitz once Hogan and Bischoff came around. Good luck to him in Ring of Honor always a favorite of mine. | It's False

Someone send me a private message when hell freezes over and the Motor City Machine Gun are tag team champions. Then I'll watch again.

If the Machine Guns leave, that's it for me. TNA has always kept them on the short list, but gave Sabin and Shelley enough exposure to keep me watching. I feel bad for wanting them released, but I know they'll do well on the indies and Japan circuit.
What a crock of shit TNA is. Daniels kept alot of the hardcore TNA fans watching since he was one of the companies pioneers. Whatever ones are left probably stopped watching a long time ago though.

Granted, the bummer for me and I'm sure most folks is that I have no real access to ROH.

... but this is fucked up. They've let three of the most 'over' guys on the roster walk away? The Guns were HUGE for TNA. How many tag teams can say that no matter how many times they get jobbed out, the fans still love em and don't care as long as they still come out. For me, it didn't seem like they were playing characters, they were just being themselves and having a wonderful time doing what the love.
As for Chris Daniels... shit! Curry Man! What the fuck dude. Curry Man was mad over with the crowd and the fucking did away with that way to soon. I can't blame that one on Hogan a Bischoff I suppose.
Man, this just totally reeks of bullshit.
This makes the total number of 'workers' who are gone due to Hogan coming in at five now. Let's not forget Awesome Kong and Alyssa Flash.
FUCK MAN! This is fucking stupid.

I'm not sure where the idea is coming from that MCMG are gone. TNA guys can work ROH shows as long as it's not included in the broadcast (I think is how it works), so MCMG showing up for ROH shows doesn't in and of itself mean that they're gone from TNA.
Now, tonight on Impact, MCMG -- who are the #1 Contenders for the Tag Titles -- have a match with Team 3D. I expect that Team 3D will win and then will be inserted into the title match at Lockdown, making it a three-way. BUT -- if the MCMG lose their shot entirely to 3D? Hmmm, hmmm, hmmm.

They'd have to change his name, since they already have a Daniel.
(No, I'm not interested in your suggestion for his new name. I already regret posting this.)

Seriously, Chris Daniels is way, way too small to ever pick up a WWE contract. Don't you remember how much smaller he was than Val Venis? And even if he somehow did get picked up, he'd be getting jobbed out worse than poor Evan Bourne (poor, poor gainfully employed Evan Bourne). | Tyler Durden

I know, but we are talking about the company that - nonetheless - gave World Titles to Chris Jericho, Eddie Guerrero, Chris Benoit, Shawn Michaels and even Rey Mysterio! | thecubsfan
