Yikes. He was a good bit part actor. Obviously not as well known as his older brother, but I still liked him.

Beat me by seconds. I remember liking The Wild Life, and thinking that he might be a knock-off of his brother. Eventually, he made his own way, and gave us the eternal question to ponder of "Who killed Nice Guy Eddie?"

Let's hear it for the boy.

Not all that surprising based on how he lived, but still a bit of a shock. Peace to Chris and his family.

(OT: Mr. White shot Joe Cabot, then turned and shot Eddie as he fell.)

I saw a quote somewhere that Johnny Damon playing for the Yankees was like sleeping with the girl that killed your wife :)

Just heard it on the radio a few minutes ago. Kind of funny because I was watching that episode of Entourage this weekend where he kicked Drama's ass. Guess Sean is going to go completely insane now...

No way! I didn't see this coming. Not that I subscribed to the "How's Chris Penn Doing Newsletter" or anything. But he was great in R-Dogs and True Romance. And I'll never forget him as Willard in Footloose.

I was always kinda amazed by the very large amount of weight he put on throughout his acting career. It most likely contributed to his death.

Chris Penn was awesome in Footloose and All The Right Moves. I also remember him as the Barry Manilow roadie on Will & Grace.

Big Show: Why is he getting the Intercontinental Title shot and not me?

I'm probably one of a "very" few that liked him in The Brotherhood of Poland, New Hampshire.

Whether it was "acting" or not, he always seemed like the kind of guy you could go have a beer with.

The Brotherhood of Poland, New Hampshire was such an underrated show. It never got the respect it deserved.
