Did the WWF sign him while I wasn't looking or something?

From Meltzer's WWF Axxess report:

Brock Lesnar b. Spike Dudley, Randy Orton b. Justin Credible, Chavo Guerrero b. Chris Harvard

Huh? What in the world was he doing there if he hasn't been signed?

Both Chris and Taylor are in Toronto just for Fan Axxess, according to what Taylor told me. The entire Tough Enough 2 staff(Snow, Holly, Chavo, Ivory) was also there along with Maven and Nidia(who I think didn't do anything physical because of the new boobs). They did a run-through of the daily routine-stretches, simple bumping, etc. It was a good little show. Chris plays a decent heel, but his spot calling was so bad. The whole crew were great with the fans. Taylor is tiny but solid, and Ivory, wow, tight body.

Excited about KENTA, who's pretty amazing and often credited with a lot of the moves CM Punk and Daniel Bryan use. Of course, he probably won't be using his Running Knee in WWE, but I'm really interested to see what they do with him.
