Xanax is only interesting if it was an initial prescription. Yes, it has some bad side effects, but you generally see these during the beginning of therapy.

Imagine that depression has two components (it is more complicated than this, but just go with me for a bit). One component is the "feel like shit" component and the other is the "can't motivate myself" conmponent. Some have postulated that anti-depressants act on these two areas at different rates.

So - the thought here is - you can hate yourself but not do anything, hate yourself but have the energy to do something, or like yourself and have energy - depending on where you on the dosage. The motivation part - that's the stuff that gets fixed early, not necessarily the emotional stuff. This is why there is an increased risk of suicide in people taking their initial dosage of anti-depressants. You still hate your situation but you find you have energy to act on those thoughts...

I'm not a doctor and my Pyschology degree was 10 years ago, but that's a thumbnail view of it kind-of. Actual real research will give you a better idea of what is going on.

Maybe it's just me, but I've noticed that the WWE seems to be relaxing their 'no bleeding' policy. Roman Reigns in particular seems to be susceptible to bleeding from the mouth or the nose.
