Not that steroids should be the only thing getting the focus, as everyone has been saying, but these results aren't rebutting anything about steroids other than the fact that he was only using (abusing?) testosterone replacement therapy as opposed to other steroids ... at least within the timeframe of how long steroids will show up in your system, which I don't think is that long. I guess it depends on whether your question is whether Benoit took steroids right before that weekend or whether he was a heavy steroid user.
Originally posted by kentish So now we just have to accept that he lost his mind, and killed his family?
I thought that's what we were having to accept all along. The questions were what contributed to that happening, be it drugs, psychological, etc. The toxicology was never going to give one real answer, just add to and maybe elucidate the speculation.

Secondly, yeah, again the E's test policy isn't iron clad is a laugh. Though they try to pass it off, which makes me want to call Stanford now, as perfectly fine.
Finally...I can feel a little better about it all and knowing it was probably something else yet, once again, what legacy to hit a brick wall.
As far as the media goes, If Bret, Debra, Marc Mero, ChynaDoll etc. keep talking probably not.

I understand that the toxicology reports didn't come to any conclusion for this. If this is the case, not only was Chris a shit-head that weekend, but he was a shit-head over a long period of time. This doesn't sound like a case of someone who "lost his mind" suddenly.
In Junior High, I lost a friend in a situation where his father slaughtered his entire family and turned a gun on himself. I remember there being some controversy surrounding the burial; the father was laid to rest with his family. Does anyone have any idea what is going on with the burial of the Benoit family? I haven't heard anything about it.

That's heartwarming, but absurd. Sherri would never have been entitled to any residuals whatsoever as she didn't write the song. Jimmy Hart on the other hand probably still gets paid for Shawn using it, as he composed it.
Actually, since Sherri's vocals were still being used, she would be entitled to collect residuals for each performance. Probably not a whole lot, considering it's just a brief section, but still. If Jimmy Hart is the composer, he would get a much larger piece of change. And as the primary vocalist, Shawn Michaels has certain rights to that performance of the song as well, although I would expect that's something that would be worked out in his contract.
I don't think those are actually Sherri's shrieks anymore. The version with Shawn's vocals have always had what sounds like two girls doing the shrieks at once, and at a different cadence than Sherri did in her version. Considering she was gone from the company, they probably removed her entirely when they recorded the new one. | newmansmm

Maybe...he hadn't had any alcohol? I mean, that certainly would explain it. Yes. I bet that's it, actually.

Just a guess, but I'd assume that it means he hadn't drank anything recently enough to show up (or be) in his blood stream.
(Not trying to sound like an ass there, but I'm not sure how else to answer the question other than just say it)

Right, he couldn't have drank anything, but he was found in a gym with an empty bottle of wine and beer cans.
Guess for now, I'll stop raising questions here.

If you want WWE high comedy watch Dan Abrams on MSNBC his resident expert on the WWE is Marc "Bad Boy" Mero. Like you couldn't find a more relevant washed up Superstar jonesing for one last chance on T.V.? I think all wrestlers going on shows to give serious perspective should do so in character. Can't you just see Mick Foley on talking about the rampant steroid abuse with his hand in a white athletic sock as Mankind? I feel like the message would be a lot more poignant.
Kevin Kelly: "Mr. Austin, would you like to comment on Wade Keller's Take that endorsing the XFL hurts your anti-authority character?"
Steve Austin: "Oh shit, he actually said that? I thought the boys in the back were ribbing me!"
Kelly: "No, he really said that. Did they tell you the part about you sitting in the stands, looking all skeptical?"
Austin: "AHAHAHAHAHAHA. Yeah... oh man that was too much." | dwaters

Simmons rules.
Marc Mero's eyes freak me out. Through the eyes and eyebrows he looks exactly like his ex-wife Sable. Creepy.
I'm begging the WWE to give these cable news shows more Benoit footage to show as b-roll (background video). There must be HOURS and HOURS of Benoit promos, matches, entrances and we get the same Wrestlmania XX 20 seconds looped over and over and over. | CajunMan

I think JOB 59 was intentionally omitted from some Bibles.
