The Boston Celtics have signed forward Troy Murphy and will sign swingman Sasha Pavlovic for the rest of the season, as they continue to add depth and talent for the stretch run of the regular season and postseason.
Murphy, whose contract with Golden State was bought out soon after being traded from New Jersey, played in only 18 games with the Nets and hasn't played since January 7. He's been in-demand with several teams in contention, including Miami, looking for a cheap way to bolster their frontcourt.
Pavlovic played in 14 games with New Orleans and Dallas this year, and will back up Ray Allen and Paul Pierce.

I like your inclusion of two SEC teams, but I think Florida and Kentucky have better shots at getting there than MooU and UGA as of right now. But if there is a "dark horse" team in the SEC, I do think it's UGA.
