Top crushes include Amber Tamblyn, Michelle Branch (pre-marriage. it seemed all downhill after that), and Torry Castellano/Donna C. (drummer for The Donnas) but the be all, end all celebrity crush who has stood the test of time is....
Alyson Hannigan. This goes way back to my days as a wee kid watching "My Stepmother is an Alien", although it was Buffy and her American Pie 2 performance that sealed the deal  I thought it was fading out too, until "How I Met Your Mother" came along.

Babe Index got closed because they were using copyrighted images for their pics, and somebody threatened to sue. Instead of going through the legal battle or the hassle of only using non-copyrighted pics, they shut down.
