Prompted by an article in this months Power Slam, I have been looking into the Cauliflower Alley Club as I had no idea it even existed previously so I thought I'd share some of sites I've found for some of you old school fans out there. (The Cauliflower Alley Club is basically a fraternity of wrestlers that meet each year and have awards cermonies and a hall of fame etc., as far as I can tell anyone who is anyone in wrestling is a member. Notable members include people from Lou Thesz to Chris Benoit and it reads like a who's who of 20th/21st century wrestling).

Their bulletin board and affialiate site are both quite interesting. I, for one, can't wait to see if Hogan takes up his spot in the oWo in a couple of years . The list of "future legend" award winners is quite interesting too (this years winner was Benoit, last years was Angle), it's nice to see which guys the old school hookers have respect for, even if it wasn't that much of a surprise.

I just think it's cool that such an organisation exists and I'd give a lot more credit to a Hall of Fame that some of these guys would come up with as opposed to a Federation controlled on that would ignore wrestlers who left on bad terms.

The real question is would Taylor be as good of a worker as she is if she won Tough Enough? Based on what I have seen of the winners I doubt it. She is one person who is a better wrestler because she lost, not because she won.
