I'm gonna tell you almost everything that happens here so you won't waste your hard earned money sitting through it.
This shit is the last nail in the coffin for Gorenography films for me. (Ok, probably not, but it was still a fucking waste of time and guitar picks.)
If you are a fan of 24, like myself, and you wanted to see this and pretend it is 'closure for Kim Bauer', don't waste your time.
Basically, nothing bad happens to her. There are lots of really gross shit in here, one scene that kinda stood out was with the 'killer' making her choose between getting shot in the head or her killing her little puppy and she chooses offing the mutt... but it was a trick and the dog lives. Another interesting bit was having her strapped to a table and forced to watch a video of another girl strapped to the same table and having acid rain down on her, with the same thing about to happen to her... but nothing comes of this either.
The really nasty part, however, is when she is strapped down (again!) with this fat guy throwing a tupperware bowl full of ears and eyeballs into a blender and making her drink it. This scene was quite disturbing and almost worth the $6.00 I paid to see the film, but everything after and before this one scene was just pointless.
Elisha Cuthbert's character 'Jessica' isn't even someone you can feel bad for really, cause she just comes off as a Paris Hilton/Lindsay Lohan type spoiled bitch who you just don't give a fuck about. She's a rich model who complains to some one on the phone in one scene, about not 'getting a day off from work' with 'work' consisting of her sitting on her ass in front of a camera. In another scene, she's sitting in the VIP section of a nightclub with a stupid portable security barrier being waited on hand and foot by some poor employee who has to go and fetch her a drink and bring a drink for her dog as well. Yeah, she asked for something to drink for her fucking dog.
After all the fake torture she's put through, she's stupid enough to have sex with a guy who's supposedly locked up with her. WHAT THE FUCK!?!?!?!? Seriously, no one would be thinking about having sex after all this shit is happening. This just further cemented how fucing stupid this character is.
If I could give this a negative rating, I would, but I almost asked for my money back, but I really did enjoy the scene with the eyes and ears, so I guess I can't complain that much.
Over all, wait for HBO of Cinemax to get this and just sit through it till that one scene, which was about 30 minutes into it, then switch to something else.

Ok, I'll be the one to ask.
Any Elisha Cuthbert nudity ?
When I first read this, that was my first question as well. At least you had the cajones to publicly ask.

This clip was online about three weeks ago, apparently as an official red-bar preview by the studio.

I remember seeing Phantom Planet because the movie was used by MST3K during the Sci-Fi channel years. It was pretty terrible, but maybe the uncut version/color version would be better?
