Louisville just joined the ACC. I much rather talk about it in there. Since the Big 12 missed a good opportunity to get Louisville and Cincy to get back to 12 teams. With the B1G conference having 14 teams now, there wouldn't even be a fight for the Big 12 name. UCONN should of gone to the ACC. Football>TV Market/Rivalries in this one.
I started from ESPN's list of teams that have already accepted bowl bids, then took each conference's bowl rules to figure them all out. EDIT: Texas passed Cal in the BCS, and therefore took their spot in the Rose Bowl.
