Interesting thing about yesterday's debate is that so MANY of the headlines talking about it only mention one candidate's name - and HE didn't even take part!

Full transcripts are now available at KTVU (ktvu.com) if you're interested.

I think Arianna was the most entertaining last night but I doubt she improved her chances beyond "nonexistent." Camejo was Arianna without the entertainment and I kinda wished the Greens had picked a better guy in 2002, although if you ask me to name a single member of the Green party....I can't . McClintock and Bustamante split the "who won the debate" poll (with Camejo getting NOTHING), but will it matter?

Meanwhile, Arnold got Schwarzeneggered.
From the AP: "This guy owes me bacon now," he joked later. "I mean there's no two ways about it because, I mean, you can't just have eggs without bacon. But this is all part of, you know, the free speech."

It might hurt Arnold more than anything. McClintock could pick up some points from loyal Republicans moving away from Arnold and towards him. Other than that, it was probably a wash for everybody else.

I think its time to borrow the old Brewster's Millions idea and go: Yes on Question 1, None of the Above on Question 2.

Time to do a Red Sox pennant chase supply list: Arsenic: check. Cyanide: check. Booze: check. Fully loaded gun for full chamber Russian Roulette: check. Ok, I'm prepared, let the pennant race commence.

I just looked at the websites for Gephardt, Lieberman, Kucinich, Dean and Clark and was able to find their stances and proposals for many different issues quite easily. Just because the soundbites are about Bush doesn't mean they don't have any plans.
