When we read reports of the buyrate for a particular PPV, is that just how many people in America bought the PPV? Or does it include Canada, Europe, and the rest of the world too?

Most of the PPV's are 'free' on Sky in Europe so it certainly don't include us. Canada? No idea.

PWI: TNA's new Fox Sports Net show, Impact!, will not air in Philadelphia, PA. Fox Sports Net does not air in Philly. Many of FSN's shows are picked up by Comcast Sportsnet in Philly, but Comcast has opted not to air TNA.
