It has to be said, though, as impressive as the C4 looks, it's quite probably the least realistic looking wrestling move used in the northern hemisphere in the last 5 years.

Agreed, he's doing fine. Anyone who hasn't seen his acrobatic unrealistic wrestling stunts wouldn't be thinking he sucks. He's playing the cards given to him right now. He has the talent. So long as he stays healthy, it doesn't matter if he's in WWE, Japan or elsewhere, he'll eventually be given a shot at running with the ball.
The midcard heavyweight wrestlers aren't supposed to show up those higher in the card, for obvious reasons. Patience will pay off if you're a Burchill fan. It's clear the WWE is more interested in establishing his presence and demeanour before his wrestling skills.
