I just had an interesting (?) idea for the WWF locker room's reaction to the incoming NWO..why not allow some of the guys who jumped ship to the WWF have some vignettes telling the others how terrible Hogan, Nash and Hall were during their reigns in WCW. Who would be more believeable than people who had experienced them for real? Unfortunatly this idea is crippled by the fact that Benoit is hurt, Malenko's not wrestling, Eddie's gone and Saturn is..well Saturn is a jobber tryout boy. But still I think it would have been an interesting idea. They still have Jericho though, but as a heel we're not really supposed to agree with him. Whaddya think?

I think this would be great....if they'd have done it two weeks ago.

Now it'd be too little, too late...which is sad.

It is a bit too late now. They seemed to half-heartedly try to do it with that little segment they had with Just Arn about a week or so ago. Other than that, Flair was the only person who seemed to remember who the nWo was. Everyone else ignored it completely. I guess Bradshaw expressed some dismay, but that only lasted a few minutes.

They've moved past tell and are stuck with showing us now.

Yeah, Bradshaw's dismay segment was just an excuse to allow him to swear on national television. (Y'know, like what he did on the 9/13 SmackDown).

Damn it. They haven't been building it up as a threat like they should. Other than Flair and Arn, and maybe Austin, no one really seems to give a damn about the nWo.

Who knows... perhaps the buildup would've been better if STEPHANIE HADN'T BOOKED HERSELF TO STEAL THE DAMN SPOTLIGHT!

...I know she's got a job in the WWF for the rest of her life, but dammit, it's times like this I wish Vince could fire her ass.

I didn't say it would be easy, Neo. I just said it would be the truth.

I couldn't have said this better.

Stephanie is the new Hogan in terms of fucking up a potentially excellent product.

Stephanie's got all the booking genius of Vince Russo, WCW, 2000.

WWF fans, listen to me! As a WCW fan, I know from experience what crappy booking can do to a federation. Stephanie's spotlight-hogging is eerily similar to that of Vince Russo in mid-2000. The McMahons are screwing up the entire product by putting the emphasis on themselves and not the talent.

I'm anxiously waiting for Shane to take control of the company. He's the least annoying of the four McMahons in my estimation, and I don't think he'd necessarily see the need to make himself the focal point.

That's not true. Steph has none of the genius and some - but not all - of the stupidity. She hasn't reached Russo-esqe proportions yet.

Damn, I just KNOW there's a breast joke in there somewhere.

Damn, Ike. No one can even go a whole paragraph without making a Stephanie breast joke anymore.

But hey, she's such an easy target. And is it just me, or was Vince, the sick freak, actually looking down his daughter's dress on RAW?

I'm also wondering. How come WWF heels like the Undertaker and Kurt Angle care that their boss wants to "kill" the WWF which would make them lose their jobs. I mean on Smackdown he was calling shots for them and yelling about the poison being injected. Don't they f'n care that Vince wants to put them out of jobs?

Yeah he was... And he was on O&A last week, and he addressed the issue. He said he couldn't help himself.

Vince DID look down his daughter's dress.

That, and it's been shown that they kiss on the lips.

Maybe, there's more to Vince & Steph's relationship other than "Father & Daughter", huh?

So I guess The Blue Meanie was on to something when he called his team The Stamford Hillbillies. Damn, I miss ECW.

Most of the interview was him talking about the Mr.Olympia Bodybuilding contest in which he's hosting. No mention of his match with Kane at No Mercy.
