He probably gets knocked for being basically the poster boy for the glam-rock era of music, but he's always come across as someone who's gracious & very humble about his life. I actually had a friend who met him 10 years ago and said he was one of the most down-to-earth people he'd ever met ... even invited my buddy back to the studio where he was doing some recording ...
