-Sources continue to say that the WWF is planning to give a major push to the cruiserweight division once the company is split after WrestleMania. There is a lot of talk that Jaime Knoble and Shannon Moore will be among the developmental wrestlers called up.
These mini Reeses cup things are addictive...
Edit: In other News
A.J. Styles turned a lot of heads while working at the Jan. 21-22 WWF TV tapings. The WWF was impressed with Styles to the point that they taped him cutting promos backstage. Sources predict that Styles will be signed once the WWF starts pushing cruiserweights after WrestleMania.
Well I guess I'll be the only Bradshaw fan! Woohoo!! Personaly, I think he'd be a great color commentator. Well better than Jerry anyway.
But back top topic. If they do the split crew, I think that a crusierweight division might actually work. Since they're halfing the time that we spend with our friends HHH, Rock, Austin, etc. They have to fill it with something.
But the key to it working is actually filling that time with some crusierweight matches and giving the guys some personality (They should have the wrestling down). From what I've read, Knoble has developed a pretty decent character "by god!"
Of course all this is just here say and has as much a chance of happening as Quezzy achieving his dream of ruling Ohio.
Either way, not holding my breath.

Nothing is better than X-pac! It's all in the inflection...
"We have clearly reached the point where only rampant and unchecked stabbing can save us!!"
The Dave Meltzer in me wants to say that they are just setting the Cruisers up to fail. Give them juuust enough tv time so JR can say "I guess the American fanbase isn't ready for it yet..." Despite the fact that WCW had been showcasing the lighter guys for years.
The real me is actually buying it. I think they will do it this time. They have tons of talent in the developmentals that they have to find something for anyway, in addition to X-Pac (seriously), Scotty, Tajiri, and Kaientai.
I really think that A) the Cruiserweight division will finally get started up and stay strong while people like Meltzer gnash their teeth because they thought they figured out the WWF, and B) Bradshaw is a hoss who is in many barnburners.
...Some fear the Pink... ...But many fear....THE MOUNTIE! (He's handsome, he's brave, and he's strong, you know)
I posted about this awhile back, but wasn't able to find any replay information. Well, today the documentary is being replayed every few hours at least until 1am EST. Basically, it looks into the connection between wrestling and real life violence.
