I thought season three got off on the right foot- I was expecting something totally outrageous to happen with "Hands" in bed with Joanna, but surprisingly, it didn't end as over the top as I expected. And that's a good thing. I actually thought that storyline was pretty good.
I don't know what to say about Denny's blow-up doll. "Denny being Denny" I guess....
And I continue to enjoy Michael J. Fox's turn as Daniel Post. You can tell he's a good guy (duh, Fox is playing him), but Post sure has made some questionable decisions. And what was on the computer screen that made Denise sob at the end? I didn't catch that.
Edit: Bah, forgot the "BL" logo.

I thought it was a pretty fun, but even episode. The best Jim had been portrayed in quite a while. And is it wrong that I still want Dwight to get the job, despite the gun mishap? It's his lifelong dream!
