The fact that Edge's face is on the site's main page screams "Cease and Desist" from WWE's legal department, should any Wiener write an email to WWE and let them know.
Usually wagers like that have a betting limit. Something in the neighborhood of $500 or so for a max bet, and a clause that if the information becomes public that all betting ceases. Plus they watch for any clusters of bets on one outcome.
