Most of the musical acts they talked to basically stated that Geldof was in it for the ego, etc. Pretty similar stuff to anything anybody has ever said or heard about him.
Has anybody ever heard someone say anything good about Bob Geldof?

Yes, he used to put on a good live show. Other than that, no.
