It seems like WWE is blowing its' chance tonight. A lot of people will be tuning in to see Austin, and if he isn't there, viewers (and people in attendance) will be really pissed off. Why are they throwing away their chance to keep a lot of people watching?

You just THINK you want to see Austin. What you really want to see is lots of backstage skits with people getting out of limos, awkward, hastily learned dialogue that goes on 30 seconds too long, teased intercourse between two remotely attractive women posing as homosexuals, guys on crutches and fat people with Bell's Palsy getting beaten up.

Weird. On paper that sounds about 10 times as exciting as an Austin appearance.
Maybe it's all in the delivery?

Parts, you made me laugh very hard.

True, as well.

I think it's a wise move. If you wanted to see Austin, you should have paid instead of waiting to see him for free the next night. It sends a good message.

And if those people can't wait until next week to see him, were they really gonna stick around anyways?

Sure, but Rocky will be there, so no one will miss Austin not being there. And I still say we're getting a Bischoff Special IE: Goldberg, pretty soon, it's in my gut, I just feel it... like Al Isaacs and Yokozuna; I KNOW it's ganna happen folks, I know...

I was watching an episode of HBO's Legenday Nights that I had long ago recorded the other day and it was the one talking about the fight between Aaron "The Hawk" Pryor and Alexis Arguello.
