I went to a local book fair tonight and for $3.75, I got the following dozen paperbacks:

Gerald's Game, Rose Madder, It, The Dark Half, Dolores Claiborne, The Green Mile- Stephen King

Along Came a Spider- James Patterson
Siddhartha- Herman Hesse
Patriot Games- Tom Clancy
Without Limits- Lee Child
The Chamber- John Grisham
The Throat- Peter Straub

That's a lot of good reading material for less than five bucks, and with the remaining books I have to read from Christmas, my year is all set.

Y'know, I've been noticing that used paperbacks seem to be a little cheaper than normal recently a lot of places. Not that they are every really expensive... I dunno, maybe I'm just old enough that the ones I want to buy aren't cool anymore.

I love Morrison, but Final Crisis makes my head hurt. So much oddness. I've had my books from the last two weeks for about a day and a half now, and have only 3 or 4 of them. No motivation to read them.
