Let's see, Nash complains about Rocky adding Big Daddy B%$ch to his promo and on the Raw and Smackdown this week, the NWO get beat down. I think VKM is sending a not so subtle message about what he is going to accept from the NWO. I really hate it because it will be hard to see them as real, strong heels because of the punishment. But I am sure Nash will think twice before starting a conflict with a Main Eventer again.

Boy's got to learn his limitations! Besides, the nWo were never strong heels in the WWF, they were and are a bunch of old guys who think they're cool and only operate well when it's 2 or 3 on one. Now, if Vince would just go all the way, fire Nash and put Scott Hall with a younger guy to form another tag team to add to the team roster. My vote's for Sean O'Haire! Revive the old American Starship gimmick, Hall could be Coyote again and O'Haire could be the new Eagle(replacing Dan Spivey).

There are no facts-only observational postulates in an endlessly regenerative hodgepodge of predictions. Consensus reality requires a fixed frame of reference. In a multilevel, infinite universe, there can be no fixity; thus, no absolute consensus reality. In a relativistic universe, it appears impossible to test the reliability of any expert by requiring him to agree with another expert. Both can be correct, each in his own inertial system.

well I take all these backstage reports with a grain of salt.

But seriously, when hearing the nWo was coming in, I was truly excited about Hogan. The other 2 I really didn't care, and now adding X-pac it doesn't help.

I now marks/smarks argument, but I really wonder if they (nash & Hall) are having an impact on the casual fan.

I think Rock was right to do what he did.

He and Stone Cold are responsible for the wwf's increasing popularity over the past five years, while on the other hand razor and diesel were among those responsible for the wcw's downfall (and you can also blame part of the wwf's mid-90s slump on them as well).

I think personally they're bigger heels than they are draws, and they've done nothing in my mind to warrant either a top spot on the card or special treatment.

It's funny isn't it. A couple months ago, the NWO returning, but to the WWF, was probably considered as one of the biggest events in wrestling since probably WWF acquiring WCW. Now, does anyone really care about them anymore? Just goes to show that the WWF can not book anything outside of the short term, and the NWO was just that. The WWF desperately looking for a short term quick fix. WCW tried this constantly near the end, and it never worked. I just think it is funny with the WWF owning all the archived property of WCW and all their mistakes, and they don't really care about correcting or not doing any of them.

History really is doomed to repeat itself.

I think the WWF was "damned if they do, damned if they don't" with both WCW and NWO. The NWO is kind of like Carrot Top.... it get's old REALLY fast. And with WCW, they had no big names, so they either had to make a go of it, or kill it completely when they bought it.

I'm not condoning the way things turned out. I would have liked to see more with the Invasion angle, but look at the past history of inter-promotional fueds, and no one can say they didn't see it coming.

With regards to the NWO, I would have rathered see them come in as individuals, and then re-form the NWO IF they got over. But that's just my opinion, I could be wrong.

You know... for some reason I can stomach The Outsiders -the tags team. Just when I thought we might get that without the NWO bullshit here comes X-Pac to make sure that I continue to suffer.

I still dont remember seeing a reliable report about nash being unhappy about that comment. Just the usual rumors and so called internet report. Didn't say anywhere in the article i read of how the writer asked for comments from the wwf or anything so i dont hold the story as truth. Time will tell i guess.

As for the nWo being beat down.... that's a good thing. All it means is that if the story writing is done right they will come back and just beat someone down again. They need to be made a believable heel.

I am the JOBBER TO THE STARS. You better remember that.

Leave it to internet fans to add controversy where there really isn't any. Nobody knows whether or not Nash is genuinely mad, and owning atape of the broadcast (before taping over it this week that is), I cna honestly say WHO CARES?! nWo isn't being held down, it's just Rock and Hogan got their heat back after Monday and personally, I, saw it as Hogan and Rock passing a torch, somewhat, to Kane, more than anything else. So, it's not like "Man, nWo is gonna' rule the RAW roster!" Now they have a viable threat in Kane.

Man, I also heard that Rock has heat with Goldust! Goldust is really jealous of the whole Scorpion King movie thing and is goin' around complaining backstage! That's why he's been off tv! Goes to show you don't mess with the Rock!

This last comment was in jest to show you how stupid fools can be.

I had sideburns like Rock's once. Look at me-am I anywhere on WWF TV? Hell no. Conspiracy!

But seriously, one thing I can't stomach about this whole Austin argument is the excuse that "he made this company the popular promotion it is today, so he can do what he wants". HELLO! unless I am very much mistaken, the only thing that got WCW kicking WWF's ass in 1996 was Nash, Hall and Hogan as the nWo. Now, if we follow the Austin theory, that means they had carte blanche to act like asses and moan whenever they wanted about trivial things. But I don't hear anyone leap to their defence as it pertains to the destruction of WCW.

Austin is not bigger than the WWF. he is but one man, and he needs to learn that, because his little sulk is just as childish and immature as anything that the nWo have pulled.

IMHO I think Hall and Nash Better watch themsleves due to the simple reason that they are expendible now thanks in part to Hogan's resurgence of popularity (Of course how long that will last is totally up to the wrestling fans who watch the programs)

To everyone saying Nash wasn't unhappy, it was just a stupid rumor, etc. Well all the proof I need to see is the NWO has gotten their asses handed to them 4 TV shows in a row. Either VKM is pissed at Nash or the WWF only wanted the NWO for Hogan and played the other 2. In a world where wins and losses don't matter, the WWF has gone out of their way to show how weak the NWO are. Next week I hear Tajiri and Funaki will go over on the Poison-less Three.
