I only caught seasons 5 and 6, so I didn't know a few of the housemates. But I caught most of this... and liked it more than I thought I would. I don't like the influx of people from season 6, because it could really suck to see a rehash of season 6 if things go that way.

So far, I'm liking Will and Mike - but don't know their history too well. Howie should be entertaining. I'm already tired of Jannelle. The inevitable showdown between Will and Kaysar will be pretty good - I hope it doesn't happen too soon. The more build-up, the better!

I only saw 5 and 6 as well, so I have chosen Chicken George as my man. Plus he's like to only BB person I have ever seen over about 30. And fat.

I really identify with him...

That being said, I look for James fun all season long.

Sad to say, I have seen all six seasons of this show.

AWA - you should get off the Chicken George bandwagon. He couldn't win during Season 1 when nobody knew how to play the game.

Danielle and Alison made silly strategic mistakes on the first show. With fourteen people in the house, you should just shut up and not talk strategy with anyone. Will and Mike will be seen as a solid team since they were during their season and they are friends outside the game.

I also think James will be a force in this particular format where everyone has some idea about each other.

Solid opener and I will continue to watch it.

Didn't say I thought he could win - he'll be gone in a couple weeks - but he's fun to watch - for me, anyway.

He almost got KILLED in the HOH competion.

Haha Chicken George does and says the stupidest things ever. I'm not sure if anyone in the house even likes him.

I loved the show! I've seen them all from BB3 on, so I was a little disappointed not to have FBI Jack back in the show (you would have LOVED him, AWA). It was definately better than I thought it would be.

I was a little upset when I found out that the producers didn't trust America to pick all 14 people and that they would pick 6 themselves, but seeing how this week started I wouldn't be surprised if the first major group of people gone were all the producer's choices (the "villains")

Danielle was the only person that I hated hearing that they were in the game, so her leaving first week would be fine by me.

Unlike others here, I watched BB1, part of BB2, then stopped. I caught last night's episode by chance, and I recognized Dr. Evil immediately. It's unbelievable that Mike Boogie is still wearing those brutal hip-hop clothes five years later. I'm also surprised that Eddie the one-legged dude who won BB1 wasn't on-he was quite the personality.

Chicken George...if it's possible, that man has gotten dumber in the past six years.

I just want to know what "Vegas casino" employs Chicken George so I can never go there and quit my current job if he's a fellow employee (it took all I could to hold back when we hired Celine). How pathetic.

Mike Boogie is still the biggest doofus in BB history. He's still Will's little shield (and bitch) and is still trying to make people think he's cool by using "hip-hop" mannerisms (the dirt off the shoulder thing as he stalked into the house the other night for instance). Equally pathetic.

I can't wait for both of them to be embarassed again.

I do think the HOH twist would be better if the HOH's didn't know if they were in agreement with the other one. It would add much more intrigue to the proceedings. When Jan & Jase came out with the single key box, I knew Danielle and Annoying Allison were up. Good riddance to either of them.

My wife and I are enjoying this again so far, and like Pieman we've also seen all six seasons.

Any thoughts on which houseguests got voted in and which the producers chose?

I think both Danielle and Alyson are obvious producers choices. My "WTF?" selection though is Nakomis. I can't believe that she'd have been popular enough to get voted in, but on the other hand...she's not a real controversial personality either...so why would the producers pick her?

My hope is that Alyson is gone, but either one would be fine with me. I don't mind watching the folks that are really happy with how smart they are...provided they ARE indeed smart. Folks like Alyson and Jase fit into the category of Wile E. Coyote "Sooper Genius". i.e. not the brightest bulb in the marquee...

At least Chicken George doesn't have any aspirations to IQ, he "is what he is".

I was assuming on the show where they announced the houseguests that the four women and four men they sent in first were the leading vote getters from the public. That would have been: Janelle, Erika, Nokomis and Diane. The four men were: Howie, Kaysar, James and Jase.

Some of those are hard to believe that they were voted in, but all BB6 guests were in the first groups to enter and since they were the most recent in people's memories, I would assume they would get lots of votes. So, maybe it was on the up-and-up?

I have watched every season of Big Brother. I don't care for George. That being said, the first season is vastly different from now. There was no HOH and all the houseguests nominated and then the viewers voted. There wasn't as much lying and deceit and very few alliances.

But ya gotta love Dr. Will up to his old tricks. Dr. Will is the only previous champion that returned and I am pulling for him to win again.

I have proclaimed my love for Speed Racer here in the past. I even wrote a review of it. It was my favorite film of the year it came out. I also loved G.I.Joe quite a bit. Hudson Hawk. Why did everyone shit on it when it came out?
