Okay, first there's football for FIVE whole days. Then, OSU hangs on and wins versus Marshall and Michigan goes down in flaming defeat to the Irish. THEN Cleveland gives the business to Baltimore, Detroit pulls of the win for the Survival League, and I *crush* Grimis in the Fantasy league.

Life is quite good. Praise to the Football Gods!

I could not believe that the Ravens lost. It wasn't pretty, and my expectations for them in the AFC slipped a little bit. Ravens fans, what the heck happened?

I second the opinion that this is one of the best starts to the football season(s) in a long long time. I couldn't believe the college games yesterday (but was depressed that Penn State apparently sucks again) and today's games were pretty good, as well. I would have liked an Arizona upset, and a better performance from my fantasy WRs, but life can't be perfect.

Boller's performance was absolutely horrific. The Browns 4-4-3 alignment worked well well to contain Jamal.

In the meantime, there were two big plays on blown coverage that gave up a load of yards.

There were also holding penalties during three straight punt returns to back us up against the goalline.

No excuse though. We got our asses kicked.

You know, if John Kerry weren't so darn electable, the Democrats would be panicking right now. Oh wait, he isn't and they are.

Well, on the other hand, there are plenty of people who inherit a bunch of money who still don't help anyone. So he's still worthy of praise in my opinion.
