I love the first Crow. It's probably on my top 20 list of movies and I've seen a lot of fucking movies. That being said, the graphic novel is even better. The art is raw and honest, but just the emotion behind the work is mind-blowing. Even the lines and scenes that would be shitty, or contrived on their own are saved the sheer force of will and strange sadness J. O'Barr puts on every page.

Best sequels-Rocky II, c'mon it was good, besides it couldn't top the Academy Award winning original.

The Mummy Returns-Brendan Fraser does a good job in this one, plus the storyline and the effects are excellent.

Worst sequel-NEXT Friday. Jeez.
Producer: Ice Cube, let's do a sequel to Friday, but without Chris Tucker.
Ice Cube: Screw that
Producer: Here's millions of dollars
Ice Cube: Where do I sign?

And as Comic Book Guy would say, "Worst movie ever."

I didn't think the sequel to Friday was that bad. I thought it was pretty funny, myself. "Friday" is a ghetto classic possibly due to Chris Tucker, but I'm glad he wasn't in the sequel.

Worst Sequel- Best of the Best 2. I thought the first one was dank when it came out when I was 7. I went to see the sequel when it came out a few years later and walked out during it. I hardly ever do that.

I'm sure those would have been added if I had seen them.

Yeah, BotB 2 really blew - and it's where they got the idea to name that wrestler Bracchus! (j/k, I know the name is spelled differently) =)

FWIW, I came very close to walking out of Weekend at Bernie's 2. It was just pedestrian comedy at its worst centered around a lame joke that died when the first movie ended.

More bad sequels: Police Academy 5-7 (I liked the Guttenburg ones, sue me), Scary Movie 2 (please, stick to one genre, not 10)

Good sequels: Back to the Future 2 & 3, Rocky 2-4 (let's not speak of the fifth, please), Naked Gun 2 1/2 (the third was a bit too much of "one-joke material" for me though)

Just my opinion though.
