Glenn Beck

http://www.newsmax.com/InsideCover/glenn-beck-blindness-revival-speech-fox-news/2010/07/19/id/365087?s=al&promo_code=A4F6-1

Foxnews and radio host announced he has a macular dystrophy, having problems focusing and doctors have told him he may go blind.

Hoping for the best, but losing eyesight will not keep Beck quiet, at least that is my thought.

When I saw this on Twitter, I thought you meant the musician!

So much so that when I read the post, my first thought was "Fox gave Beck a TV & radio show?"

Then I realized that you meant Glenn and breathed a HUGE sigh of relief.

(Does that make me a bad person?)

Same thing here except the last part! I don't really feel relieved that anyone has to suffer like that, I had cataracts last year and wanted to die daily, and that's a fixable issue.

Me three. You can be a bad person along with me because I admittedly felt relieved when I realized it wasn't Beck Hansen.

Sounds like you all are going to be jealous of the t-shirt I got a while back (and is no longer available).

Yeah, I am. (sobs uncontrollably)

All I'll say here is you generally don't wish this sort of malady on anyone... but if he does lose his sight, I'll sleep at night the same as any other night.

There is probably 99.97% of the world's population where I'd still sleep fine if they lost their eyesight..

My reply has nothing to do with the thread other than this is the funniest sig I've seen in a long time. I actually snorted and got a funny look from my co-worker. Showed it to him and he laughed, too.
