For those of us old enough to remember the glory days of Infocom, this comes as wonderful news. I really look forward to revisiting the game and seeing if I still remember how to win (probably not). As an aside, I'm pretty sure I still have a copy of the game for the Commodore 64 somewhere in my basement.
Didn't think of it, but it probably was something they put in your cookies to pick your computer (and maybe a tiny percentage of others.) Being keyed to the computer means there's a set screen dimension, browser, etc.
