I haven't owned a great baseball game for my own system since I got Bases Loaded 2 for my NES. I want to get a great baseball game for the XBox, but with four games on the market I have no clue which one I should consider. Any suggestions?

I hear High Heat 2004 is pretty good.

I heard EA's MVP is supposed to have excellent pitching, but the batting ain't so hot.

I've been a fan of High Heat up until this years edition. I'm not sure about the XB version, but the PS2 version had major slowdown and some huge bugs(like allowing a runner on third score with two outs on a pop-up).

I got World Series Baseball 2k3 and it is pretty much regarded as this years best baseball game. I'm struggling with it just because the its hard to tell what the pitches are doing until they are past you, but that may just be me. Other than that, its great.

oh come on now boy think / what would jesus do / he'd shake his head like a angry mother spoke the boy / he say do what i could do / you take care of it please / but it's the only one you got / and it'd take ten lifetimes boy / to undo what i've done

I would also recommend World Series Baseball 2k3. High Heat is supposed to be the most realistic, stat wise, but World Series isn't far behind there and looks amazing too. Its a good buy.

I owe WSB2k3 and it owns and thensome, I also played MVP and it just wasn't up to par to the realism and details WSB has. Still haven't played High Heat but it seems that all the stats acually hamper the flow of the game from what I've heard.

Anyone else blow through this game in a weekend like myself? I'm glad I rented this through Gamefly and didn't but it or I'd be pissed. Without any FAQ or walk through, I blew through this game over the weekend (maybe 10-12 hours total).
