Barry Horowitz' official site....

Mr. Technical?!?!?!?!? Ummmm....form your own opinions!

Professional wrestling is the only sport where participants are just thrown right into the audience, and no one in the crowd thinks anything unusual is happening. If you're watching a golf tournament and Jack Nicklaus goes flying over your head--first of all, I would say you're watching a very competitive sport. -- Jerry Seinfeld

What I wouldn't give to see Horowitz/Angle. He'd make Beniot look like Nathan Jones.

haha that's great, his site is hosted on geocities and it's exceeded its bandwidth for the day :-D

no offense to mr. horowitz, but he was definitely a jobber of the highest degree, so it seems only fitting that he should be on a freebie web host though i always loved the "winner" gimmick back in the day.. i want to say GWF days?

To defend him, he did break a 119 match losing streak by winning the Florida Title in '85 under the name Jack Hart. Unfortunately, he then left for the WWF, and Vince buried him as he knew Horowitz-mania needed to be suppressed in order to protect his boy Hogan.

I'd definitely say Barry deserves a big pat on the back for this.

I am a fan of the guy.

Knowing the circumstances, I don't think Mr. Rogers threatening a laundromat attendant with a gun is appropriate anymore. So you get this instead.

Yes, it was GWF, and he got two wins in a row. Then he was trying to sell a video about it for $49.99 as part of the angle. It was great stuff.

So this is what it sounds like when the doves cry.

I still remember Jim Ross going crazy, saying "HOROWITZ WINS! HOROWITZ WINS!"

I will admit the pat on the back gimmick ruled, but let's get real...this guy's site is sad, he makes it seem like he's NOT a jobber. He never was, and never will be "legitimate" in my eyes. He's just the funny guy who pat himself on the back and got nowhere.

I don't remember seeing that either. I think Hall just did the time-honored tradition of humiliating an opponent by executing his own finishing move on him.
