| #2 Posted on 14.3.02 2126.04 | Just wondering what's up with all the banned people. And yes, we can log on (I was banned for a couple days for not staying under my posting limit) and I believe we can also send personal messages? Cause I believe I sent one to CRZ bugging him needlessly to unban me after my sentence was over.

I'm PRETTY sure I can't spell it out for you any clearer than that.
I hope you're not this dense in "real" life.

Seriously, though, I have never seen a more blatant example of trying to get as many posts in the shortest time possible as I've seen with Lou. Most of his posts don't seem to be more than one or two sentences.

Ironcladloser has become my personal stalker as I have received 8 private messages from him since I told him he was dense. I am just glad I didn't include my e-mail in my profile. I want to second the vote for some kind of ignore option that was brought up in another thread. Or can't he be banned from private messages?
Actually his posts are rather comical. Maybe I will post them here like that old CRZ vs. Luke thing. Nah, you people don't deserve that.

Mind numbingly so. If you all weren't willing to say anything while he was still here then leave it alone now he's gone.
Look at every pathetic net feud, you make it public and it carries on forever and the rest of us have to sit through a whole pile of pointless flames every day so please, for the love of God, leave Lou alone.

| #14 Posted on 20.3.02 0951.52 | Instant Rating: 8.00 | He's gone from the main board. If anyone complains that they're getting Private Messages then by saying so in a Public forum it's not likely to stop Lou sending them. In fairness it's the only voice he's got. It's not fair to pin all this flaming on Jackson either, there are lots of people involved.
Anyway regardless of any of that it doesn't change the fact that flaming someone is pathetic under any circumstances.
If we don't regulate it amongst ourselves then the Zims will be forced to do something about it (or at least I hope they do before we become like the Smarks board), so why don't we be responsible and stop all this garbage before it gets out of hand?

| #15 Posted on 20.3.02 1323.17 | I salute you Qubber! You're absolutely right. There's no need for any of us to get into pathetic flame wars, and if anybody really feels differently, they should ask themselves what makes this board so good? (And no, as much as I love 'em, it's not the damn colors) So just chill out, think for a while before you type anything, and try not to hold back-and-forth conversations on the board. That'll keep all the boardmembers happy, that'll keep CRZ happy, and if you applaud the colors every once in a while, I sure Guruzim will be happy too.

I thought if someone was banned they would be banned from sending any kind of messages. Anyhow, this is the last I will say about it. He won't get anymore "press" from me.

| #17 Posted on 21.3.02 1539.14 | There's been a lot of talk on the board lately about a rash of bannings. However, I just read the Wienerlist and could only find five posters who are banned, including ironcladlou. That's not very many, folks.
Side note: TEH SHOOTAR~! Dean Malenko appears to have been un-banned.
Side side note: the lowest weiner on the list is Scott Keith. He has -1 posts and is listed as a "fake troll." Interesting.

| #18 Posted on 21.3.02 1753.39 | I believe a lot of the people banned at the time this thread started have been unbanned. Plus, CRZ hasn't gotten on anybody's case since Lou was banned. That may be because he's on vacation, but it may also be that nobody's stepping out of line right now. Either way, the Zim's haven't been angered and everything is peaceful.

If you don't know, it wasn't important that you do know. Just go about your business and forget it happened. It really doesn't concern you if you don't know by now.

On one hand, the people here are the type who like to be `in the know'; on the other, the Gentle but Firm Wiener of God steps in and reminds that, ``Yes, Virginia there are things in this world that are none of your business.''
The desire to know does not presuppose a right to know.
