There is a ton of bands that I would like to see but probably never will because of the desolate little corner of Canada I live in. The weird thing is my favorite band of all, Sloan, actually did come here and I did get to see them so that's cool. I liked to see a Strokes concert but I'd probably have to travel far and away.
Don't believe anything you hear, and only half of what you see.
I'm still kicking myself for not seeing Britney Spears when I had the chance in July 1999. She won't come to Ottawa anymore because her stage is far too big for the Corel Centre. And there's no way I'll travel all the way to Montreal or Toronto just to see her.
Aside from that, I'm not really into live shows so I can't say there's anyone I haven't seen that I'd really like to. I got my Alanis fix a few years ago, got to meet Christina Aguilera and Soul Decision, and saw Sarah McLachlan and Paula Cole at Lillith Fair 1998 so I'm a happy camper.
I haven't really heard anything I really like in the past year or so, so I can't say I've really been listening to the radio enough to get into music.
Apparently Sony heard no "obvious singles" from Fiona Apple's new album Extraordinary Machine, and so they have shelved it. But this month, high quality versions of the tracks have been leaked onto the internet.
