I really hate getting out of bed early for this show, but the niece and nephew don't get the concept of "DVR", so I watched this one a bit half-asleep.
I liked what I saw. Perfectly serviceable space fight and Iron Man's space armor looked swank! The ending wasn't too much of a surprise, as it's something right out of the "Batman: The Animated Series" playbook, with Kang playing the Mr. Freeze role.
Couple of things that caught my attention at the end. Dig that Reed Richards cameo! And dig even more the sinister close-up of Ultron!
This is the last new episode for a while, but when they come back, I'd imagine they'll either pick right on up with the Ultron storyline, continue with the Masters of Evil arc, move forward with the Kree/Skrull War, or further explore the development of the Cosmic Cube. There's no shortage of direction for this show, so I look forward to it coming back.
"You wear a disguise to look like human guys, but you're not a man, you're a chicken, Boo!"
Before I go into the review, I'll let you know a bit of why I was intrigued by the premise. I worked as a PA for a pro poker player for 6 months and had the benefit of attending a private day of instruction ($15k)
