| #1 Posted on 12.7.07 2142.28 | Instant Rating: 3.25 | My kids are really into this show and I must say, I enjoy it too. Unfortunately, the way they show it is all over the map and I have no idea how far into the series it is as they use Chapters and Books for each episode.
Does anyone have any information on this show such as how many seasons have been recorded (or available for DVD) and if it is planning on new episodes or not?
Thanks!

Season 1 is made up of five separate volumes at about $12-13 each, but you can save 20-25% by picking up the complete box set (The W at Amazon). If individual volumes are your thing, here are the five: 1, 2, 3, 4, 5.
Season 2 is five discs, but only four volumes. Since Vol. 4 hasn't come out yet (9/11), you can only preorder the box set. Individual volumes: 1, 2, 3 and (pre-order) 4.
I'm not even sure Season 3 has started airing, but Amazon has Vol. 1 available for pre-order (10/30) right here.

I don't know much about the TV scheduling since I've watched this through DVDs and a friend's DVR. I'd assume that once Season 3 starts to air, the upcoming schedule of new episodes will be listed somewhere. Search for some of the more organized fan sites.
It's currently unknown when Season 3 will begin airing. If that DVD release date is true, then it will have to be very soon since they need to get through 20+ episodes before then. Originally Season 3 was assumed to be starting this spring, then that was moved back to this summer. Nickelodeon still hasn't put out any official word on it, so nobody knows.
I've read that the show is contracted through six seasons. I have no idea if it will get that far, but I hope it does. This is the kind of show where I'd buy the DVDs to be able to watch them with any kids in my life in the future.
By the way, don't look for the Season 3 DVD cover as it's a bit of a spoiler.

I appreciate the help. As you may have guessed, I am not very computer saavy :)

Neato. Hopefully there's a bigtime CGI budget.

I wouldn't be at all opposed to getting the season boxed sets at some point, but right now there are so many other things that need done, and such.
