|  #1 Posted on 27.7.05 0550.13 | Instant Rating: 4.52 | Not too long ago I downloaded a picture that looks like a Windows update bar with the words "Attempting to Give a Damn", and showing that person's progress towards that endeavor. When the bar is filled, it reads, "Unable to give a damn. Stopping." I'm pretty sure I got that from a W's signature, but now I can't find it, and my roommate would like to link to it to show it to her friends on a message board. When I showed it to her, she couldn't stop laughing. Any help here would be much appreciated!
