Damn. And the total keeps rising, from what I've read. What a horrible way to die...my heart goes out to the families of all those people...
the cynical side in me wonders who's gonna reap the consequences. I mean pyro, in a nightclub?! Someone had to see this and think, "this can't possibly be a good thing to have in this venue." Someone's gonna go down hard for this. I know lawsuits are really small compensation, and pale next to the loss of life, but something needs to be done so that this doesn't happen again.

Last I heard yeah, they still havent found him. From what I understand the clubs denying that they gave permission for the pyros. Got a feeling this ones gonna run....
"You dont appreciate a lot of stuff in school until you get older. Little things like being spanked every day by a middle aged woman: stuff you'd pay good money for these days."
Great White was just here Feb. 7th and they had cheesy pyro on stage with them. It wasn't very much though, perhaps there was something else that helped the fire get going, perhaps some curtains or something. Ty Longley, the guitarist IS still missing and by now, I'm sure he's presumed dead.

"Graft is as necessary as throwing up when you drink too much."
It's unbelievable that a structure could be totally consumed in flames in three minutes, as the reports have said. The video of the pyro, plus of all the concert-goers piled on top of each other jammed at the exit(with the black smoke pouring over them) is upsetting. What a horrible, horrible tragedy.
