There seems to be some liking for Tintin. So, I'm wondering whether anyone here reads Asterix? I'm not even sure the availability outside of Europe.

The first 8 books, which had pretty ugly drawings, including a red sky, are being redone. As someone who can read these books over and over, I'm excited.

Also, has anyone played Asterix and Obelix XXL? It has got to be one of the more amusing games available. You can pretty much use all of the really fun fighting techniques used in the books.

A&O is also pretty popular in Quebec. I remember playing a pretty good arcade game featuring the two.

Heyyy, look who I met.

I have most of the books down here (Aus)
The ones I don't have are the story books (12 tasks, etc)

Added another extra friggin forty-five minutes to my drive home from work ... Traffic was backed up as faaaaaAAR as the eye could see. But surprisingly, I couldn't smell a thing.
