I think that was more of a shot at Fox, pointing out how NBC's omnipresent ad campaign for "My Name Is Earl" led to a quirky out-of-the-norm sitcom without a laugh track becoming the #1 comedy on television whereas Fox's almost nonexistant ads for "Arrested Development" led to, well, the kind of ratings "Arrested Development" got.
